d. Strong reputation in HR professional community: wins in international and national HR-awards and ratings, membership in associations, corporate social responsibility and volunteering, references and commendations from the partners
e. Sustainable business- and HR-indicators: active time on the market, revenue / profit growth, high level of involvement and performance, low staff turnover etc.
